I will carefully monitor your form to help avoid injury with optional hands on stretching
 and muscle manipulation from me. I am based at Canary Wharf, PureGym, London, where your PT sessions will take place.
I help people from all ages and levels and I offer a FREE consultation to get you started and to also understand your needs and fitness goals. 
I specialise in weight-loss, building muscle, injury prevention/rehab and also take care of your nutrition and any other issues you may have on your fitness journey with me.

Helping people achieve their goals has always been my passion and I love what I do everyday. I will teach you the fundamentals on training and nutrition and give you a customised plan suited to your needs that will work around your lifestyle.

Online Coaching with me is a great support system for busy people who want to achieve their fitness goals through accountability and regular check-ins. I will personalise your workout plans and dietary needs which will bring you to your goals safely and effectively and keep you honest along the way. Additionally, online coaching includes tracking your progress through weekly pictures and check-in sheets that you fill out daily and weekly to keep you motivated and disciplined. I will be reachable though WhatsApp or messaging for regular contact or any questions you may have, and you can also receive video/phone calls for extra support if needed.
